So my friend called me yesterday morning and said his phone wasn’t working. He was god damning the world in frustration. He wanted to come over and do

Something on my phone. Normally that’s fine, but I had about 20-30 minutes to get to work. I told him I was about to leave for work. The line went silent and he said he wasn’t able to hang up the phone. Honestly it was more like a complaining child then an adult talking. So I hung up without saying anything. I had to leave for work.

Now I can’t get ahold of him. Won’t answer the phone or my texts. Did I do something wrong or is it more likely his phone not working? Any advice appreciated.

He needs a lot more time to cool off. Either he will or he won't.

@Poppies Do you think I should have tried to help him then and there?

@MrAboo You couldn't help him. You had no time. You told him you had to leave for work. It would have been nice if you had told him goodbye, though.

@Poppies yeah, I should have said something, I was concerned about being late.
