Do you ever just have to be the one to finally say it?

This has occured for me several times. We all know it is true in terms of being a citizen and obeying the law of the land but only by being the one to finally say it politicians will finally read it. Yet I never did. Love you new York constitution. B-(*_*) have you read it? Very short and concise.
