Isn't it kinda dumb that you can't own a gun if you use marijuana even if it's in a legal state, but you can own a gun if you're an alcoholic?

That's so crazy, I'm sure way more people have been shot by people who were drunk rather than by people who had been smoking marijuana

@Roadsterrider only made illegal due to lies, greed, and even some racism. Alcohol takes lives, with pot no one dies. I do drink too occasionally but pot is my drug of choice luckily. I'd much rather be a stoner than a drunkard

@Blazer420 There is good and bad in everything. I know a number of people who have killed one too many brain cells with alcohol and other drugs, but making them illegal has made a black market for it and brought all the crime that comes with it. decriminalizing and controlled sale like alcohol would end much of the crime. Possibly stop some of the 100,000 overdoses every year because people would actually know what they were getting.
