I know it’s a fake but I have nothing to loose

I’ve been going to hotel to hotel since last October I’ve been trying get a room to rent for months. But nothing. I go on this site. I usually look every other day. Last week I saw this room for rent. He said “it’s been taken but he has another one” he has 6 other properties on this site. Most of them wont rent anyone my age. I’m not sure why
