DMV charged me $10 to correct my drivers' license

When I went in to renew my handicapped placard, they re-did my license making me 5’ 0…. I am 5’6”. They would not back off. Is that fair and reasonable? They said I should have caught their error 4 years ago when I moved here.

I think I would escalate. It’s not your fault that you weren’t expecting them to be incompetent.

@bijouxbroussard I was just thinking before I read your comment that I should somehow accept that Arkansas is just a complete cluster f… because it is, they don't know it, and they seem incapable of learning.
