How do you make others feel included?

tbh i always try to involve other ppl in the conversation like just bc someone's quiet doesn't mean they should be left out, and on group chats and social media i always tag them and ask them for their opinions too as I've seen the loud types of the group like to take over if nobody says anything

I try to listen first? If that doesn't feel like it works, talk upon things I heard them talk about?

By joking with and sometimes teasing them, making sure they understand I like them and accept them.

Nothing. It's a gift from God that emotions don't mean shit if something is wrong.

Here I comment on their posts and reach out to them in PM.

I also try and let people know what I like about them
