What do you think of your best friend working at the same job as you?

I don’t see what the problem is. One of the girls said that she did not tell her best friend that they’re hiring at her job because she doesn’t want her and her bestie getting into arguments and her sharing so much info about her. I told her if she really trusted her best friend she wouldn’t be worried about that! I called her an asshole for it! I think it’s very rude. She knew her best friend needs money so she should’ve at least recommend her at her job. She says she wants to keep her personal life and works lives separate. She said there’s other jobs available.
Wow...that girl is pretty threatened by her "best friend", isn't she?

I bet she's worried her friend will outshine her, performance-wise.

It isn't being a good friend to not tell your "best friend" about an opportunity which they desperately need. That's the action of an enemy, not a friend...

You were rude yourself. It’s none of your business, and you were out of line. She knows her friend better than you, and she must have good reasons not to want to work with her.

@Carissimi I’m just saying! Best friends don’t need to do everything together!

That's a tough decision to make
