Isn't that illegal? You should tell them you need a break.

@ArminArlert I worked 4 hours one place and 8 at the other
ScarletWitch · 26-30, F
@SW-User 8 hours by law is 15 minutes. Threaten them with slave labor.
ArminArlert · 22-25, M
@SW-User Even so, I think the job you worked eight hours should have given you a small break.
SW-User
@ScarletWitch they won't care
SW-User
@ArminArlert at least a 15 minute break. I know it'sbusy and we are understaffed but everyone else got a break it seems
ScarletWitch · 26-30, F
@SW-User yes they will. It's law. Slave labor. No break in 8 hours. U could literally sue them. And they don't want that. The company isn't there to protect the employees. Stand up for yourself. Or do Nothing!

@ScarletWitch I think it depends on what state you’re in because there is no federal law that mandates that you get any sort of break during the workday
ScarletWitch · 26-30, F
@zerofuks2give I think you need to relook into your laws.

@ArminArlert I know it depends on the state. In mine breaks aren't mandatory and some people take advantage of that
