Do men like women who wear false lashes, acrylic nails and use extensions or does that scare them away?

I do all these things andi wonder if it's a turnoff. The reason i wear extensions is because my eating disorder ruined my hair so i use them to make it appear fuller

It might scare off some. But that goes for any attribute you care to name! Most men, and people generally, won't have a problem with it. So like @CassandraSissy says, don't worry about it.
