It's so pitiful and sad. I never block or mute.

I still miss one, that I was very kind too. Then they wonder about, "why no one answers my post, etc. 'I'm not popular, anymore.' Where is everyone', 'This place is dead'. 😔

@Oster1 I just feel like there must be something wrong with me. It’s not the first time it’s happened. I am not sure why I bother anymore with trying to make friends here.

Normally, I wouldn't care. We did have a connection. I have thousands of PM's that says otherwise. They said it was real, time after time.

Someone here, one time, said people are blocked by someone, so they don't have to deal, with their own emotions.

@iamonfire696 There's nothing wrong with you, we're all on line and some like to fake being real and genuine when they're not. Maybe it's another sign of the times of how many people are suffering/hurting. They say mental health issues are up more than ever these days.😔There's little help to be found.

@Peaches It is a shitty feeling when you are treated like you are disposable. I had a former friend unblock me the other day and I didn’t say anything and then they blocked me again the next day after snooping through my profile. I think I will just need to leave this place eventually because I am just not good at being hurt.

@iamonfire696 Indeed! It seems like an internet trend, because it has made it so very easy to just log off and disappear. It allowed the true cowards to show who they are.

@Magenta I can see that my friend is reading my messages and not replying. I just wish people would grow some balls and have enough courtesy to say the friendship is over.

@iamonfire696 I really do "feel" ya!😟What helps me is to not expect anything at all when I talk with someone. As long as they are respectful we're fine. It IS a disappointment when you think someone will be fun to chat with in a pm and it flops!🤭I thought this one guy years ago would be fun to chat with, but after a few days he started telling me how I was?! He was "assuming" I lived and acted a certain way, which wasn't how I was at all?! 😐Needless to say that was the end of our conversations!

@iamonfire696 I had lots of fun with people on line in the past. It's all different now,😔everything has changed so much! There's a lot of unrest across the planet and we are all feeling it in one way or another. Some are withdrawing while others are lashing out. The internet has always been a haven for the most evil/demented souls. Many just aren't hiding anymore. Why should they, there's noting anyone can do about it. Sad state of affairs I say, but I haven't given up the fact that there ARE decent caring souls out here in the cyberworld. 🌎😊💞
