Why do people stay home over a little cold? GET YOU ASSES UP AND GO TO WORK!!

If you’re not coughing, sneezing or anything GET UP AND GO TO WORK! If you have important shit going on, don’t miss out on that. You got a little cold, so what? Just go.
If you have a fever, then yes keep you asses home. I’ve had a little cold and I still went to work. I don’t wanna use up all my PTO and PSL (paid sick leave) so sometimes I come to work a little sick. I just wear a mask.
Take medicine and mask up!

I think that entirely depends on the line of work someone is in. If they are in direct contact with the public they definitely should stay home. Best not run the risk of infecting potentially hundreds of people. But I mean you did say if you're not coughing or sneezing generally every cold I've had included sneezing and coughing if I wasn't sneezing or coughing I probably wouldn't even know I was sick.
