What is it like to live in a nice neighborhood?

My girlfriend actually snagged a nice apartment in a nice area. I won't be going to that other one i found. Thank god i didn't finish the application process ha. It's a 2 bedroom too so we will have more space. Im excited ive never lived in a nice area before
