@Echambers101 A French Canadian Trappist brew. Quite unique: Until I discovered it I didn't really like beer at all. I found it in a pork chop recipe in the novel "Stanley Park" - a likewise unique , quirky sort of story but quite entertaining if you don't dislike it right away. Just like the beer :).
