If you can see them or anything they post, that means that they unblocked you or never blocked you to begin with.

@yourwife101: Oh, well, if they blocked you and they have a comment on your post already, it'd still be there but it'll say "blocked". But I believe they can't seek you out or comment on your posts any more.
