I wear shorts in December. I wear shorts all year even in freezing cold.

Jacket in July. It's usually in the 80's and 90's maybe even some 100's here in July, so if you're wearing a jacket it's way too cold and that's just odd. Shorts in December, haha that's not too unusual depends on the weather.

i've worn jackets in july but most times i work in an AC environment where i get snotcicles if i'm not careful.

and those joggers... they wear shorts in a frozen pond, under the ice!

Shirts in December. I'm from California though. Warm is usual. Cold, I have a harder time dealing with.

I used to have a housemate who would come in late afternoon. Crank the heating up to greenhouse proportions and swan around for the rest of the day in shorts, vest and flip flops !!!!
Did piss me off some !
