@soar2newhighs it’s a samosa. Also you can fill it with lots of different things. There’s vegetarian fillings, chicken ones. Mine is lamb mince with peas and potato.

I make a loy of panfried meals, always have heaos l2ft over, that i usually freeze in smaller meal sized amounts for my kids.

But i love this option!
Awesome for snacks or for taking to were.
