Will it heal on its own? It's been a month.

A month ago my face got hit by a chair while I was bending (in the dark).. I couldn't see the chair in the dark so the edge of the chair hit me right in the cheekbone. It pained like hell and even left a blue mark on my skin. The blue mark healed but my cheekbone still hurts whenever I touch it. It doesnt hurt when I don't touch.
Just wondering if it's nothing to worry about? It's been a month and it still hurts when I touch.
