What's with people who stand in line with a single item when they could have just used self checkout? I don't understand those people

Because I don't work there I shouldn't have to ring up my own item own idle and these people need their jobs so it's 2 birds with one stone

@TheRascallyOne If I am standing in line with a couple of items and get approached by an employee asking me if I want to use self-check I’m going to say “I don’t get paid to work here.”

@TheRascallyOne i primarily use self checkout because it saves me time but will go to a normal line if i have a lot of items
