Why are boomers and gen x the worst customers?

Had a man older than my dad throw his cart and start freaking out on me because I didn't have 12 chicken strips exact and told him since I was short 1 strip I added a leg to replace it for his meal no charge. I dont understand ... I stood my ground telling him not to speak to me that way and he threatened me for the manager.

@HellBats Thank you. As for gen X, either of my children tried that sort of shit, they'd cop a lot more abuse from me. I can't abide that sort of behaviour.
