It's always important to listen to your body!

I have been feeling so low recently.
Well actually quite some time.
I kept saying it's got to be my iron.
But my gp was insisting that I was probably just tired due to the pandemic.(limited Excercise)

I slept one day for 14 hours, I knew that wasn't right.

Then my cycling buddy and I went out and my lungs had this awful feeling in them.
Almost like my diaphragm was restricted. It was sharp at the base, like it could burst, I just couldn't pull enough air in due to this tightness.
I was so breathless but at an abnormal rate.(for my age)

I decided to visit the pharmacists and start taking some iron, and I did notice an improvement after 2 weeks.

But I insisted on being sent for bloods.

The results came back today and they're at a really low level.

It's been recommended that I take 600mg of ferrous sulphate.
Since I didn't want the infusions.

Ugh!

I will have to cut dairy out for a while too.

I knew it...

Always listen to your body!
