Takes a short adjustment period because I rarely need too, but I can speak Polish.

I can switch but I can't translate. The words in each language have different meanings even when they mean about the same thing. Bon in French is translated as Good in English. In my mind Bon in French is different that Good in English.

Spanish and Portuguese. Written, fair. Spoken, I'm better in Spanish than in Portuguese.

I grew up with Spanish and German as well, so no problem there. Korean, I still have to think about.
I don’t get to speak French that often except with some relatives, so sometimes I switch back to thinking in English after a long phone call with cousins.
Pretty easily.
