Why does my dad laugh at M.A.S.H.? I never see anything all that funny on there lol

laught tracks often get people to join in
much of th umor in it is kinda time connected. jokes about betty grable or mao's litte red book will mean nothing to you
frankly few sit coms ever made me laught

Every time I tried to watch it, it was never funny.. I can only assume it was caked with dry-situational humor.. like a really watered down version of the office..

Yeah but other things back then was funny, SNL skits, Three's Company, old movies, even Andy Griffith is sometimes funny. But m.a.s.h. I don't get lol

MASH was a comedy for the first half, then a drama. It was hit or miss though.
