How much of your life is actually spent online?

I met someone recently through the Internet and all they talk about is, online ordering, getting tablets online, clothes on alibaba or Ali express, bitcoin, gorrilaz delivery.

They also are showing signs of "anxiety".

I don't want to coach them, but I feel like since they wanted to meet they want to lead a more rounded life!

They've spent a considerable amount of years even before the pandemic on the Internet!

Well, I need internet for work. It becomes essential these days.

Multitasking, shopping, netflix. Basically the best technology I had experienced so far. I don't need tvs if I have small screen I can carry everywhere.

I even can rerun my favorite series with no worries about time. I don't to record it set timer like I were used to.

Paying bills much easier and convinient.

Online shopping is so awesome. I don't have to go out at all. I feel blessed learning this advanced technology.

But I still do workout every morning and evening to keep in shape. I think moderate is the key.
