They can laser it off, but it would require going several times to have it completely removed. If guessing, about $400 to have it done the first time, and it might get cheaper after the next couple of times.
Or ... you can buy your own laser and remove it yourself. It comes with instructions how to remove tattoos, skin tags, age spots, etc. They sell them on Amazon.
Your physician can remove it. They can give you an idea of the cost.
