collect some dry grasses and placed those on ground while sleep and make bed over those

Lots of layers of clothing to keep the air your body warms close to you.

The padding will also assist in comfort.

Thin inflatable air mattress. Still air is a very good insulator. Also pine branches to make the ground softer.
