Followers are those people that friend ed me?
Circle are people that I friend ed?
Friends are people that we have friend ed each other?

No followers are just that followers it does not make them friends have to be accepted by you.Anyone can follow you which I think we should have the right to accept or not accept the only way to unfollow them is you have to block them and then unblock them. I think I said that right.
