Is masculinity slowly dying?

[c=#7700B2]dont mean any offence to this what so ever but slowly as time goes on and on into new generations of people, it seems men are getting more feminine and a lot seem afraid to embrace masculinity these days. I have no problem with people being whatever they wanna be, so don't try twisting my words here or anything... I'm just curious [/c]

In a word, yes. Men have been slowly told for years and years that acting manly is wrong.
Again I ask, how are men supposed to act? What traits are disappearing, and what feminine traits are showing up in men!

I realize that duels at sunrise to settle matters of honor have been on the decline. I don't see that as reflecting a feminization of the male sex. I see it as men becoming more rational and less fucking stupid.

I did not say feminine traits are showing up in men. But men have been told for years that acting manly and being manly were wrong.
Now we have "men" that won't stand for anything or even take care of their children. Look at the number of single mothers in this world.
Society has made being manly uncool and yet becries the number of men that won't will not do the right thing and act like a man.

the rise of single mother is not because men became less masculine it's because before sex was only done inside the realm of marriage and when you have both guys and girls banging someone every week they both know the risk and many times it's just a one night stand and they just go on there way, and who knows maybe they didn't even know each other, so it's not like the guy knows she is pregnant and in the middle of the pregnancy leaves, but that can happen as well. @TheVrC:

We will have to agree to disagree.

I personally agree that we can disagree but I still think I am right, just saying "men" have lost there masculinity just because many have sex leave and that girl ends up with his child and that child has not father then the blam goes to her just as well for risking it and ruining the child's life of not having a proper family first, so that "women" has lost her feminity, and is we go deep and see what feminity has been for the last 3,000-4,000 years 99% of it was to get married, have children and take care of them and make sure the food is ready and the house is clean. now women are against that being a women's job so does that make them gains and more or less feminity then?
