Do you think I'm trying too hard to look/appear white?

Everytime I go over to my parents house that's my dad's favorite thing to attack me on. He says I pretty much erased all that made me asian just about. Heaven forbid if I wear circle lenses in his presence.

is that when you start making small changes like contacts that make your eyes look different . it could become a slippery slope . it might be slow and gradual. that he should be comfortable with the way he is . not meaning to be crude or rude. beauty is on the inside . myself i think the mind is sexy . after all i am not the most handsome person and i learned to be comfortable with the way i am. it took a long time to get that mind set. and yes i read he had a skin disorder. i remember the jackson 5 on tv. loved the group even as a child. peace be with ya
