Johnny Clegg, the South African musician known as the "white Zulu." Clegg formed the band Juluka with Sipho Mchunu in the 1970s, when it was illegal for Blacks and whites to perform together. He was immensely popular and one concert he held in Paris was so well attended, it caused a Michael Jackson concert to be cancelled. Clegg spoke fluent Zulu and sang in Zulu and English. He fought against the apartheid regime his whole life and probably contributed to its end. A truly inspirational person.

@popmol Here's one of his songs, "Trouble Musa Ukungilandela" about how trouble follows him like the pages of a book follow each other.
