Is this a good tent to servive on the streets this winter

yup, it's more about the ground pad and the mummy bag. The ground saps your body heat....you need something to act as a buffer to that so choose wisely, the choose a mummy bag that's good up to the minus numbers.

If it's your last resort look for information on transitional housing in your area. I've been there once when I was homeless and it wasn't great but a heck of a lot better than a tent.

Looks like a very nice item.Keep in mind that it is meant for use inside of a tent,it doesn't seem very water resistant,so get a larger cheap tent to go around it.

Oh yeah that'll be good thats a pretty good one! Is good for what you need!
