How can we overcome Insomnia? (Any foods, activities etc)

Working out your body vigorously is known to cause more well rested sleep.
Also usually the issues which contribute to insomnia are mental issues racing thoughts, worries, excelerated awareness.
You must consciously relax.
This means zero phone, white or blue light 1 hour before bed, no TV or PC one hour before bed.
No heavily stimulating situations right before bed.
Warmth created sleppiness so warm milk or warm caffeine free tea.
Prayer or meditation 🧘‍♀️

Do you exercise? The only time I have trouble sleeping is if it was a day off from running.
