Would you prefer to go up a mountain or hang out in the beach?

I've spent a lot of time in the mountains, very little at the beach. I think I would still choose mountains. There really isn't a lot you can do at a beach except look at water.

The mountain sounds better because beaches are often corrupted by noise and people competing with cleavage.

Beaches are really boring unless they are part of a good walk.

If I wanted to look at tanned hides then I'd go to a handbag shop...

The beach, definitely. Although I marvel at the beauty of mountains, my fear of heights gets in the way of my truly enjoying them.
