A 30 lb body bar. Even though I can lift two 20 and 25 lb dumbbells, for chest press, the body bar feels heavier and very awkward to lift just to move it. I don’t know if they mistakenly sent me a heavier one, or the length of it makes it difficult to hold. Anyway, it’s brand new, and I can’t use it. Waste of money.
