My father was born when my grandmother was 17 years old and his youngest brother from her remarriage was born 7 years later. My older half sister was born when our mother was 19, I was born the morning after my mother's 23rd birthday, and my little sister was born four months before her 25th birthday. These young ages resulted in poor albeit devoted mothers. I think women shouldn't have children until they have an established well paying job and are stable which isn't as a teenager or until at least late 20s. My ex girlfriend was 27 years old when she gave birth to our son last September and while crazy as hell (reason she's in prison) she did at least have a great job as a Data Analyst. She would've provided well for the child although I can't be sure if she'd have been a devoted mother.
