What kind of bed do you sleep on? Do you love it, tolerate it or hate it?

That one is a bit much, people have a lot of money to come up with that kind of thing. I have an adjustable bed with a memory foam mattress.
@cherokeepatti Mighty pricey I am sure! I like this one 'cause I grew up in the 50's in a Diner. I think about an adjustable bed but I worry that if the lights go out will I be stuck in the wrong position?

@fernie2 No worries, it has a battery pack that can lower the bed if the power goes out. Yes it was expensive but worth it. I’ve hurt my back just getting out of bed too quick when my joints are swollen. It helps with healing it too.
@cherokeepatti That's good news! The battery, not your pain. That's why I want one. To comfortably raise my legs and I think it must help with arthritis. My bed right now is a canoe with rocks at the bottom.

@fernie2 They have two types, one just raises and lowers the top part and the other one has both moveable top and the bottom part. I suggest you get the dual one because it makes a big difference in how your back feels if you can raise your legs up and take the pressure off the lower back. The dual type costs more, of course.
@cherokeepatti I agree. I have some edema and degenerate joint dis-ease. You're right...less pressure on the back and joints. You've convinced me. I'll go into debt for that kind of relief.👍

@fernie2 I’m tweaking my diet and seeing if that will help. Cut back on baking and sugar (or make low carb treats with no sugar, only stevia) and taking Moringa now, heard a man on You Tube talking about having severe arthritis and he was taking a medication that cost $2500 a month till his insurance plan got changed and they wouldn’t pay for it. He started using Moringa and got relief pretty quick. Also Dr Berg has a video talking about Vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 helping arthritis (osteo but also may help rheumatoid) and Boron too. I’m tired of the pain.
@cherokeepatti I've had bone pain since I took my first step. I am also exhausted. Can I find Moringa info on youtube?
