I love it. I learned to make it after I stopped eating canned soups and I make a gluten-free version since I can’t have gluten foods now. One of my favorite winter soups and it’s easy enough to make.

I actually love cream of mushroom and I haven't had it in years and I've only had it in the can but I have used it as part of a recipe that looks so good I might try to make some homemade

@REMsleep Homemade is so much better than canned, they over salt the canned and more sodium due to mono sodium glutamate added.

@cherokeepatti Yes canned good never can compare to fresh ingredients homemade. Never thought of making this soup from scratch.

That sounds and looks great! Nothing like some nice cream of mushroom in these cold months. Nothing beats it. Yum.

Now I want to go buy or make some myself...god damn it...
