Why are emotions the worst

They cloud your judgment

I dont think they are... dealing with some of them is tho.... I think they are good for us.. and we just need to learn to master them...

Because they are fickle, unreliable, not always right, yet this remains a guideline or criteria for many, leading to lots of poor decisions and attachments, perhaps?

They make us feel and that's exhausting sometimes.
