Massively expand social programs to get people back on their feet and provide social services to every family in need, and incentivize volunteering plus any other sort of community involvement. The only way to fix things is to work together, and the only way to get back together is to do so actively.

@checkoutanytime have you heard of socialist countries? places like denmark and sweden and the like? their prisons are a hotel for americans! and its less socialism as a socialist based capitalistic place! letting capitalism run its course with some rules to make sure noone can hit rock bottom hurts no one! well except the bosses who want those 3 extra pennies!
