Why ???????

I was doing so good in going back to school but I had a small break down anxiety daily for a few weeks anyhow I got dropped out of my class semester maybe next time I’m trying to figure out why I’m getting so much anxiety turning into panic attacks just venting that’s all thank you for not judging me be blessed!!!!

My neighbor will get worked up over things and have panic attacks. A couple years ago she was telling me she was having anxiety and I mentioned magnesium & B-complex supplements. I’m no medical professional so she called her friend that she used to work with at a doctors office and told her. The friend told her she had something for her to help with that. Guess what it was? Magnesium and vitamin B-12. Calmed her right down. She never believes what I tell her because I’m not a medical professional though. I would have shared my magnesium & B-vitamins with her if she had.

@Jenny1234 honestly no lies here and there maybe 2-3 times I’m a nubie when it comes to this I’m learning tho I even started taking a yoga class it’s awesome chai Che too sorry for my spelling
