What occupies most of your brain time?

Anger rehashing all the BS I experienced throughout the day at work. I need a dang meditation retreat or something!

@popmol yes! I guess when left alone to our own thoughts it’s only natural that we ruminate on this stuff. It’s traumatizing!

@popmol it gets better when you get older. In your 30’s you realize the worst is possibly behind you and it’s easier to let go. I had a hard 20’s as well.

@popmol it may sound ridiculous, but if you think and say aloud to yourself in private that good things will happen to you…the universe may just deliver this to you. You have to believe, have confidence in yourself and be constantly making moves and soon enough…you will have what you desire.

@DecafD people say you should say such things to yourself like i'm not ugly and i will have a good life! but i tried it once and after saying it 3 times i hard to barf so i dislike doing it :p

@DecafD that just means you’re working hard and you live amongst other humans trying to cope with life
@Mindful just? Yes- we all have to work hard to get out of whatever we’re coping with
@popmol saying it to yourself is meant to build up your confidence so that you can actually have the motivation and energy to change what you don’t like about yourself and your life. You have to say, believe and do. One won’t work without the other 2.
