Have you ever been to court?

@DragonFruit what type of law did you practice mainly?

@Cutiepi23 Real Estate....I represented clients attempting to work out mortgage modifications after being sued by the bank for past due payments.

@DragonFruit Thanks, A bit depressing in some ways but great if you could help with their problems.

@Cutiepi23 We were able to work out quite a number of modifications, enabling clients to make lower payments over time in order to help them stay in their homes....I found it quite rewarding.
We also did standard closings (buy-sell or refinance).....but that didn’t entail going to court.
