A vegan friend of yours shows up and lectures you how bad it is. What would you do?

My vegetarian mother will be the one cooking the turkey (although she seldom indulges). So while even my vegan friends wouldn't be rude enough to say anything, if someone did, Mom would politely send them home with veggies and cranberry sauce in a "doggie bag". 😄
