Glasses wearers... How do you find the transition to contact lenses?

I keep poking between my brows in an attempt to adjust my glasses grrr.

I haven’t tried lenses yet. I find it too scary! 🥶 I had a surgery for my deviated nasal septum few years back, I still shiver thinking of it. I’d rather not do anything scary anywhere near my face.
