Glasses wearers... How do you find the transition to contact lenses?

I keep poking between my brows in an attempt to adjust my glasses grrr.

ooh contact lenses.
I've tried a couple times but they always end up irritating my eyes.

@DDonde I'm trying these in first time in a few years. I'm yet to go outside. I think I'll struggle. But I want to change it up a bit again.
