i always wear it. 😑the one time I didn't I sat on my self in such a way I can't replicate the pain.

@Crypitika I did the same wearing only loose shorts, on a bicycle. Such eye-watering pain! Had to stand on the pedals all the way home.

@Crypitika Not entirely. I do like the free, unconfined feeling when I go without. In fact I prefer it. But never again on a bicycle.
