I mean technically anyone can just walk up to you at anytime and just start blasting.

@SW-User You are who can best answer that. Ask yourself why you don't randomly stab people. You know how. You have access to a knife. One is as close as your utensil area. You don't even need a knife. A pen or pencil will suffice. So ask yourself why you don't randomly stab people. That is most likely the same reason for someone not to walk up and begin blasting.
