If you are well-adjusted to a sick society doesn't that make you sick as well?

I think those people who operate well enough to be functional and avoid trouble in most cases, yet within themselves feel a deep burning resentment for the corruption, callousness, and vapid cannibalism that defines our modern societal structure, are the most in tune with the greatest potential of human beings.

They are the people who dare to hold the truth in their heart even when the big lie is so much more palatable; that things could be so much better than this.
