Do you travel when you're asleep and you dream?

I wish I could. *sigh*

I do.. Its what keeps me grounded and my psyche sane..

@ZenLioness: put a dream journal beside your bed. Jot down anything as you wake up in the middle of the night. Or in the morning, just don't put your feet on the floor first, it breaks the chord or the connection to that realm. Do this and you will see messages. Giving attention to it will also help you connect more things.
