I was asked if I Could donate plasma … I did not say yes or no I said I need to research more is it safe!???? All jokes aside what do you guys think????

It's safe. It's similar to giving blood, except they put it through a machine to separate the plasma and then put the rest back.
At the place I used to go to they have comfy reclined chairs and tvs to watch. First they screen you to make sure you qualify to donate. The main thing is it can dehydrate you so make sure you're well hydrated before going in.

@midnightrose Thank you so much for the advice means a lot honestly….. I will for sure drink lots of water do you happen to know how long will it take and do I need multiple sessions?
