without telling me your career, do you have to do CPD?

OMG SHOOT ME ALREADY!!
I have to complete 20 hours before i can start my job and jesus it is sooo mind numbing 2hours at a time!!!

That’s an all encompassing acronym. I think it should be part of every job. This was one of the performance evaluation metrics for my group. That is unless you want a dead end job.

@Northwest i get that i have to do it and the retake annually has highlighted im not stupid and i do remember stuff, but 20 hours until i can start earning is fugging painful!!!

@Mellowgirl I hear you, and I hope it's NOT the same thing every year. The point of this thing is to advance and gain new skills, not test your existing skills.

@Northwest well its a specific subject unless research or something discovers a new way of doing things the old way is trialled and tested and its a refresher to ensure you know what your doing... not a waste may have saved me you never know. but it makes it boring as fuck as theres so much to get through as i said at 2 hours at a time...
